Kaplan Business School is bound by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the National Privacy Principles which are extracted from that Act. Privacy laws regulate the way organisations can collect, use, keep and disclose personal information. All personal information we collect and use are in accordance with these principles and guidelines.

Kaplan Business School may only collect and use information for which the person has expressly consented (unless otherwise required by law). The School must not use or disclose personal information for a purpose other than the primary reason for collection. Kaplan Business School will not sell information to any third party.

Note: Information provided by international students to Kaplan Business School may be made available to Commonwealth and State agencies and the Fund manager of ESOS Assurance funds, pursuant to obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code of Practice.

  • You submit an online application form.

Accessing the Kaplan Business School website

Information is collected through the use of cookies, however, this information does not identify you personally. This information is used by the School to monitor overall usage of the site and for improving the site. For example, we keep data on which web pages users access on the site.

You submit an online application form

If you choose to submit an online application we will collect personal information on you including your name, address, phone number, date of birth, citizenship and your education and employment history. This information will be stored securely and kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the National Privacy Principles. We will use this information to assess your application and we may contact you for further information.

Kaplan Business School secures information transmitted to its server, as well as information stored on the server. However, Kaplan Business School does not accept responsibility for any personal information being disclosed unintentionally when it is submitted online.

If you don't wish to submit an online application, you may apply by post, fax or in person.
